Has anyone heard of/tried "intermittent fasting" as a cutting technique? It basically involves cycling on and off caloric intake every other day. I've read that if you eat 2x calories every other day you'll have similar weight change (no change if you're eating maintnence level) with some added health benefits. It sounded strange to me, but I haven't heard of anyone using it along with reducing caloric intake as a cutting method. Anyone?
