    Who's worse

    A. The guy stealing a motorcyle
    B. The motorcycle owner who guns him down

There's a poll. The results are 32/14 in favor of A so far. At least OT hasn't been overrun by liberal pussy whiner faggots....yet :noes:

Ugh, as much as a pro-gun person I am...I have to say B.

Yea, lets shot someone for taking your bike. Why not just let it go and deal with insurance? I sure as hell am not going to take someone's life for taking my bike. If the guy is taking aim at me with the bike and trying to injury my body, then yea, I will defend it with a gun.

Having dealt with insurance before I will say having insurance doesnt mean you wont get fucked, if theres a deductible of course thats a loss, blue book and actual value may not be the same, bought aftermarket stuff off ebay with no reciepts? sorry thats not covered by insurance. If I caught someone trying to steal my bike shooting is too good for them, pliars and blow torch time :coold:

    I understand that.

Paying a deductable > killing someone for stealing your bike. Itll be hard to live knowing that you took a life away because he was trying to steal something of yours.

Maybe for you. I'd sleep better at night knowing I took a dirtbag off the streets.

You'd sleep better knowing you gunned someone down for stealing your motorcycle? If so, then you're a psycho. But I call bullshit.

I'm not condoning theft, but be serious here, don't try to be such an internet hardass.

Generally thieves are armed (the guy who stole my bike has weapons charges on his rap sheet), you shouldn't shoot unless the person exhibits a deadly threat torwards you, or they're flat out trespassing (depends where you live on this one)

Also, the guy that stole my bike, while of course a career thief, is also wanted for raping girls, shooting at people, and selling/trafficing drugs

I wouldn't lose sleep over taking someone like that off of this earth, but seriously, who carries a AK-47? AR-15 much more reliable :noes:

I am the same way. If you steal from me, your life means nothing. Nothing about being a hardass, just the way I feel. You may not agree, but as long as you don't steal from me, it won't be an issue and you won't be dead.

I have a feeling that some of you haven't had anything taken from you before (and taxes do not count)

Nope, I pray I never have to again. It's something I work hard to avoid. That doesn't mean I won't if the situation calls for it.

If it's some criminal that's just leaching off society then I don't see it as being an internet hardass by thinking the world is a better place without them.

Car broken into twice and stolen all within 10 days. What's that have to do with anything???

Are you gonna kill the guys when you catch them?? I doubt cause you're smart enough to know that killing them for stealing your bike isn't as simple as they made it sound.

And like i said he should have put more details cause as soon as i saw the stolen bike scenerio i figured he was referring to you.

My family is a bunch of fuckups. All of them are druggies, dealers, alcoholics and welfare cheats.

My cousin was gunned down in a driveby a year later sitting on the porch. I won't say he didn't deserve it.

No, but I would assume this thread referrs to what if you catch them in the action of stealing it...if I would have been in this situation, I would have called the police immediately, and then probably would have approached the thief with gun drawn....but in real life not sure how I would have handled it

guess i would have to ride more often :noes:

But who is going to have that information while everything is happening? You only have a few seconds to make that decision on whether to shoot or not.

What if the guy stealing your bike needed money to pay for his mothers heart transplant :o A theif is a theif...but its not quite the same as shooting a wanted criminal.
