I agree with it all, but this woman is a horrible writer...

Most of the time she babbles about irrelevant things to her article to try to sound more intelligent.

Completely disagree with it. The author views other peoples life styles and critiques them because they are not like her own. I would put a wager on that she got called immature and what not which is what her article seemed to be about and her writing is self defense. Granted I made it maybe 1/3 way through because it seemed like a horrid rant.

Back to life style views, the author thinks everyone should have the traditional 2 kids, 3 bedroom, white picket fence, yada yada. Why? What about the people who don't want kids? What about the people who truely like being single as them have total freedom from anything? What about the gays and lesbiens(sp?)? It seems like the author fails to take into account that people wil have different views from her/him and take offense to that.

Ninka edit: decided to quickly glance over the material and it made some sense but the author still hints that men who aren't serious need to grow up but that it isn't totally their fault given all the new advances from 50 years ago to today.

kind missed the mark by a fair bit on some things, but overall I think it was pretty good.

modern women cost too much and offer too little. If it weren't for love blinding you to reason, very few men would see marriage as an appealing deal.

I agree with with the argument that "modern" women want to have their cake and eat it too. You cant demand to be treated as an equal and then fall back to more "traditional" roles when it suits you. If you want the tradional male and female roles fine, I will be the "wallet with legs" however, do what I say.

    Interesting article.

It truly is a Brave New World in the dating scene. All the shit we learned from old movies and tv shows don't work anymore. Enjoy it, embrace it, for change is inevitable.
