That's in AZ. I've been to that store :hs: I was actually a member way back when (when they had memberships) in like 1990 - before they were called Fascinations.

fantastic! That store reminds me of Fairvilla, my favorite shop in Orlando. Clean, well lit, knowledgable staff and a great atmosphere. It's good that sex toys and shops are comming out of the grime into a deserved place in the world of commerce.

Darn all you lucky people who live in progressive places. All the ones here are seedy looking or located near truck stops :mamoru:

<- Originally from Seattle, WA. That state is progressive beyond all comprehension. It was a culture shock to come to the more religious NE, or the bible belt. Wow! The article brought a smile to my face, it always makes me happy to see people enjoying their sexuality. I hope that the U.S. continues to become more progressive, and people start accepting these stores as they should be accepted: as a part of the regular world.

I would LOVE to work there to get me through college, plus can you imagine the discount :eek3:

Theres a store in my hometown that I went to that is right around the corner from a mom and pop BDSM shop that is the scariest porn store I've ever been in. The coolest thing about it though is that the clerk sits up on this huge pedastal in the corner of the building that has all kinds of tv monitors and wires and crap going everywhere, it looked like the bridge of one of the ships in the matrix :p

That's awesome to hear about shops like this turning more "mainstream"... I run a lingerie/toy store (online only - not gonna mention the name so i don't seem like a spammer) with a couple warehouses in so cal... we've got plans for retail stores - open, not cluttered, bright, etc just like in the article or even more upscale. It's a pain trying to get a good retail location that isn't in a rundown area, but such is life... persistance will pay off (hopefully).

Anyways, looking forward to becoming more active around here and getting to know ya'll
