    Classic Bread And Butter

    This is the epitomy of a mass stack, known as the bread and butter cycle. Testosterone here can indicate any long-acting testosterone ester such as testosterone enanthate, testosterone cypionate or sustanon 250. The dianabol is kept at 6 weeks due to its liver toxicity and added at the beginning of the cycle to boost strength and gains before the injectables start showing most of their merit, around week 3 or 4. All three compounds aromatize at some rate and Deca's progestagenic activity may agonize estrogenic side-effects, so its wise to keep Nolvadex on hand. At the sign of itchy or lumpy nipples, using 20 mg per day until problem subsides is enough. Nolvadex also has a stronger affinity for the estrogen receptor than clomid, eventhough they are similar compounds. So its actually preferred if you use Nolvadex post-cycle to bring back natural test. Its further obsolete to get clomid since you need Nolva on hand anyway, so you have it lying around. Starting at 40 mg and tapering to 20 over 4 weeks will boost natural testosterone after your stack to help you retain gains, because of the blocking of negative feedback mechanisms.

    The stack is known for its incredible mass results and is employed by beginners and veterans alike. Beginners would probably consider lowering the dose, in which case its advised to lower the Deca to 200 mg/week instead of 400, rather than lowering testosterone which is the main compound here. Veterans would also note to keep Deca at 400 mg, but if need be increase the dosage of testosterone primarily (to 750 or 1000 mg/week) and if still needed bumping d-bol to 40-50 mg/week. At that point the need for Nolva is an absolute fact.

    In this stack I personally would change the deca-durabolin at 200-400 mg per week to equipoise at 400 mg/week because it's a stronger and safer compound that doesn't allow for as much water retention or fat gain. The bulk noticed with Deca is a lot more impressive though.

    Weight 182lbs (after dropping all water weight/cleansing for 2 weeks)

    20mg SUPERDROL/day

    I did this for 2 reasons, I've done dbol before and didn't like the sides, plus I'm afraid of too much bloat/stretchmarks etc.

    1000 mg fish oil

    3-400 g Protein
    ~5000 Cal


    I think I'm going to add in some red wheat rice(?)

    MSM may not necessarily essential with Deca, but I don't want to get short changed because got too heavy too fast and injure a joint.

    250 mg of Sustanon in my right shoulder and I almost passed out. (I was pretty nervous)

    Today is 300 mg of Deca.


    I'm keeping a complete log of gains/dosages/suppliments/weight/etc to see how my bread & butter stack winds up.


    The soreness in my shoulder today is unbelieveable, it feels like 4 250lb+ guys lined up to give me a charlie horse in the same spot. I think it's because I pressed the plunger so hard for fear of blacking out before I finished.

    300 mg of Deca went in without pain or problem. Next morning there is minimal stiffness.

    Yesterday was arms day since I couldn't do shoulders as the pain from the injection was a bit much when I went above perpendicular.

    I'm not sure I've seen anyone else do these, but basically you sit on the ground with and use your inner knee/thigh as a fulcrum for a cable curl. You should be sitting so that when your arms are fully extended they are in a straing line and pointing at the pully.

    12 ozs of tuna with Mayo and onions (4 sandwiches)
    65 g protein 500ish cal

    Dinner

    Mashed potatoes, salmon and chicken parmesean sandwiches
    I have no idea the cals or protein but it's likely around 40g and 600 cals

    No more injections till sunday :bowdown:

    I don't want to pin at all.

    But from the research I've done, it's acceptable to pin twice a week. I'm sure there might be better methods, but I really don't want to turn into a pincushion. Besides with 250 mg doses, I don't know how I'd break up the redijects. Seems like the best way for me.

    Props half-life is like 48 hours, that's why pinning EOD is good on it so your test levels arent going up and down, it needs to be steady.

    My max is whatever I finish at that day. As long as I can't possibly do any more, then I'm happy.

    Fat man pullups are done with a smith machine (or squat rack) and a bench/stool.

    Place the stool almost a bodylength away from the barbell and place your feet on them, your back should be on the ground under the barbell. Grab the barbell and then make sure you're back is straight (you should be off the ground) Then it's basically pullups to your chest with a pause at the top. It's much more difficult than it sounds and is a great upper back workout.

    Occasionally, but not on the same day I do leg press. I've been mostly hacking/pressing lately.

    I do a LOT more than I write down here. I'm in there for about 2 hrs each day with little rest between sets.

    I'm just noting down the points of interest. If you guys want more details I'll try and make it more thorough for you, but I didn't think you wanted anything besides the heavier stuff.

    Not entirely. It's VERY low dosage though.

    Still doing 300mg of Deca, and I'm adding dbol for the last 4 weeks. The test had to be abandoned.
