how ccan i do so? Any how tos? Is it just like installing Windows Xp? Thanks
Im on a pc now, but im running on linux. Red hat version, ubuntu can handle all that windows can handle and is more user friendly.
Iv heard that OS X is based on the ubuntu engine.
i thought ubuntu has been around since 2004 and OSX came out in '99

I did an OSX86 install last year. I didn't think it was hard at all, but there were no wifi drivers so I didn't keep it around long.
i might mess around with it once i get my new pc.
Save yourself time and energy, buy a mac.

Just install linux, no really do it. Ubuntu is said to be user friendly.
You can do it. It is easy. But unless you have certain hardware, your devices will not work.
