installing mac osx onto a pc?

    Im on a pc now, but im running on linux. Red hat version, ubuntu can handle all that windows can handle and is more user friendly.

    Iv heard that OS X is based on the ubuntu engine.

    i only have this interest because of the other thread in here where someone was running mac osx on their old laptop.

    I did an OSX86 install last year. I didn't think it was hard at all, but there were no wifi drivers so I didn't keep it around long. :dunno:

    Just install linux, no really do it. Ubuntu is said to be user friendly.

    You can do it. It is easy. But unless you have certain hardware, your devices will not work.
