Everything is installed and works but its showing my cpu running @ 1.24ghz i've cleared my bios and checked my fsb jumper, checked my bios and i'm 99% sure i'm all updated....running low on ideas now if anybody can help it would be appreciated :)

What do you mean your FSB is 333 / 266?

You should be running your FSB at least at 400 MHZ. I'm running at 202 x 9.5 (which is 404 MHZ FSB, obviously).

Try something similiar and see what happens.

Oh, and I just set my speeds in the BIOS instead of with the jumpers - it's much easier.

Edit: Whoops, just noticed you have slow ram. Forget everything I Just said.
