Good luck with this...the lack of drivers for my Broadcom wireless adapter that was built into my notebook ultimately led to me deleting my Ubuntu partition.

You should think about what you're saying before you say it. Would I be posting here of all places if I had not already tried the Linux Forums, Ubuntu Forums, Google and other assorted places? Last time I tried the above link, it was not working. In fact, I even found a page especially for my adapter. It was not working. If you're not going to help, don't reply to my damn thread. I didn't come here for some ignorant elitist to tell me "you don't know how to use Google" (which anyone who passed kindergarten could do).

You sound like you're 12. So, I highly doubt you could fix this anyway.

I don't think I said those sites were down, moron, I said there was nothing that applied to me or that was helpful. Only the Ubuntu site was down. Go back to grade four and get your reading comprehension down before you come posting on forums, dumbass.

Good for you, you can also post on a forum about how you can get a wireless adapter to work in Linux. Congratulations. Now why don't you go work on some other skills? And yes, I am a female faggot....fucking dimwit

Just ignore pothead. Hes an ass to everyone, generally 100% unhelpful and likes making fun of other people even though his overall knowledge level is pretty much limited to PC helpdesk.

Your statement has no context and therefore makes no sense.

i'm sorry you don't understand english, very well.

My knowledge is quite extensive, and extends beyond "pc repair" into design, networking, system administration, clustering, redundancy, etc. If you think that my extensive knowledge is conducive to the average helpdesk technician then you either know some fucking spectacular techs, or have a widely mis-guided view.

See you assume I actually validate the knowledge you claim to have. I don't, therefore you're simply another PC repair technician that really doesn't know any more than any other PC repair technician, you simply think you do (like every other asshole PC repair technician does). Nice job putting the comma in that first sentence though, I certainly understand english better than you write it.

Time to go do more work now, have fun being an ass to everyone on the site, not actually helping anyone, and making everyone who comes into this forum think you're an idiot - you do a real good job at that (as is obvious by the fact that no one in this entire subforum has anything good to say about you).

okay, well, I'll just go enjoy my asus m5n running linux and roam around using the internet, wirelessly. It must have just been a fluke that I have that working, right???

tell that to the guy who is enjoying his 750gb hard drive. I was the only person that posted valuable, accurate information in his thread to get it working.

People call me a dick, but they generally agree that I know a LOT about a wide range of topics.
