    Dont think the AMD processor is going to work on the P4/celeron board.

    With the 64+, I would recommend 1GB ram. A little more expense up front but that processor LOVES ram.

    Maxtor hard drive I would question, as I have 2 of them here that have failed and I have to send back for warranty.

    Not familiar with that video card, but the shuttle model number you listed has a PCI Express slot, and I thought all the 9600's were AGP.
