The inside of my elbow's been hurting whenever i lift (especially biceps), yesterday I had to just shut it down and go home. And my left elbow was starting to hurt as well :eek3:. I've read about golfer's elbow and think this might be it, it feels like the tendon aching.

Any suggestions on what to do outside of icing the hell out of it. Its been hurting 4 about a month now. I'm going elbow brace and ice. Ne time frame on recovery? Am I the only one this is happening to?

Thanks guys for the real responses, and for those of you who are going to make fun, make it good, i need a good laugh, works slow today.:bigthumb:

Got ~$40 laying around? Try this... worked for me. BDR recommended.

Contact your doctor if this medicine seems to stop working as well in treating your elbow pain.

Your symptoms may return when you stop using joint pack after using it over a long period of time. You may also have seizures or withdrawal symptoms when you stop using joint pack. Withdrawal symptoms may include blurred vision, trouble concentrating, loss of appetite, diarrhea, muscle twitching, numbness or tingling, or increased sensations.
Do not stop using joint pack suddenly without first talking to your doctor. You may need to use less and less before you stop the medication completely.

To be sure this medication is helping your condition, your doctor will need to check your progress on a regular basis. Do not miss any scheduled visits to your doctor.
Store joint pack at room temperature away from moisture, heat, and light. Remove any cotton from the bottle of disintegrating tablets, and keep the bottle tightly closed.

Last week after not throwing a ball for over 4 months I started a softball/football class. At the end of the day I could not extend my elbow due to the pain from my inner elbow.

I threw some icyhot on it and iced it. It was gone within 2 days.

    Just take care of it.

if your pain was on the outside of the elbow, from skullcrushers and such, then that's not the same as medial epicondylitis

It came mostly with weighted pullups. At a certain point I think my back can pull more than my elbows and grip can sustain. Came to a point where even benching started hurting. My remedies were, keeping weighted pullups under 45 lbs. and the said joint pack.

Had to look up 'medial epicondylitis'.

I remember when my wrists were hurting like a motherfucker when I used to heavy cleans. I totally dropped that exercise and now they never hurt.

The problem is ACLdestroyer that it is more likely to be tendonosis. The itis part of your statement means inflammation, studies suggest beyond 48-72 hrs there is little inflammation and it is now an osis or opathy. As such, a linked post above that suggests regular ibuprofen is almost dangerous as a tendonosis can last a long time and nsaids can have detrimental effects on your stomach
