So my shoulder is destroyed yet again... Cliffs on previous injuries: born with a fucked up shoulder blade/cuff, not exactly placed right, had the problem my whole life. Last year took a couple months off due to same problem, back then my bench technique was not very good which may have aggravated the problem. Now i bench with very strict form, elbows tucked, shoulders together, etc. I don't even do a lot of weight, don't bench more than 150 lbs So the resolutions... I kind of want to ignore it and sleep it off, but, it will no doubt come again.. What do you guys suggest as far as pain relief, and something to get the recovery up to speed? Another note, I could go to a serious doctor, but it would go to surgery probably.. Don't really want the surgery right now, going to destroy all i worked hard to get in terms of size, will make me feel like shit, etc. What do you guys suggest?
