Got a deep strain or something in the groin/abs area, doc says wait a few weeks, and no lifting. Hopefully its not a hernia. :hsd:

Is there anything I can do if I can't lift, to minimize muscle loss? Everything was going so well with the Bill Star routine too.

Just do light weight keep the diet clean, do some cardio if possible, and let the injury heal. 2 weeks isn't going to be disastorous, you will be fine. I had to lay off legs for 5 months. Deal with it!
