Somehow whilst doing dips for my workout last nite, iv hurt something in my upper upper chest. I just done it on one of the reps, felt a strong pain come from my upper chest, and now its been sore for 24 hours. It hurts to touch or push on, it kind of feels like its in the middle of my ribs.

I circled rougly were its coming from, any idea what i could of done?
