I was rollin with some of the people from my army unit last weekend, doing army combative s. We where doing simple things like escaping from the guard and shit like that. Anyways for some reason that same night my left knee was FUCKED, like could barely walk on it, eventually it got better to where i could walk when i just couldn't bend the knee when i took steps. I can bend it now and walk normal and run lightly but it still hurts when i make specific movements with it.

Anyone have this happen before? It's like the very center of the inner side of my knee that hurts when i press against it.

I'm going to basic training in like 2-3 months...
If it's just strained how much time till it will get back to normal? and will it hold up in basic? I read some Google articals talking about surgery and shit...
