This fucking sucks. I was squatting and like an asshole, I rushed through my warm up and stretching because I just wanted to get under the bar quicker. I paid the price apparently, on my second set I was squatting and heard a pop on my 3rd rep or so.....it didnt seem like anything then, but i felt it, and kind of had to do some more extensions/curls instead, next morning it was sore but I couldnt feel exactly WHAT was sore, my hip, my quad........

a week later, today my groin hurts, seemingly more each morning i wake up. i can even feel it if i put pressure with my fingers about ~3-4 inches right from the top of my cock

has this happened to anyone? i mspainted where i think it is

i didnt stop squatting for about a week so Im pretty sure that made it worse. most likely thats what caused it to take longer to heal up

I'm on my second week of this. I have no idea how it happened. I have a hard time running without pain and I can't do any sort of ab work.

Not that I care about either of those items.

Yea I've had it happen several times. Usually I switch to front squats for a few weeks because that doesn't bother it. Hasn't happened in a while since I really started taken my warmup/dynamic stretching seriously.

I've had that problem for prob 3 years now. First therapist thought I tore the sartorius but now I think I have scar tissue in there. Best bet is to stretch the adductors, groin, vastus medialis and hip flexors.
