I went to the range today with newly inherited 22lr pea-shooter and found that pretty consistently one round out of 6 was not firing. When I extracted the round it didn't even look like the casing was struck by the hammer at all.

How should I go about troubleshooting this. Could this be something that could be fixed by cleaning?

perhaps a timing issue and the cylinder isn't getting the round in proper position

I was at the range on my lunch break from work so I couldn't really do any solid testing. I think I might try and take it out this weekend to make sure it is the same cylinder.
