This shit has been bugging me for nearly two months. I had a partial tear there ~3 years ago and I re-aggrivated it a while back (inadequate warmup sets ftl). I went to the same sports medicine guy as last time and he gave me some antiinflamatories, it made the pain go away for a while but it just came back when I went off them. I'm trying to stay off it as best I can but I'm moving so I'm carrying huge heavy boxes and couches and shiz so not much luck there. I'm doing light PT (slow negatives with a 5lb weight). What else can I do to help this heal?
