Trying to decide between the two. wanting to buy in the next several months. Another is audi A6. thought about the BMW 5 series, but they are just too ugly. What do you all think?

Definately M45, I test drove one the other day and that was hands down the nicest car you can get for the money. Plus the air conditioned seats actually made my ass cold.

Any word of the M45 ever getting a 6 speed? That car would be rediculous with a manual tranny.

that is a LOT of power to stick behind a normal tranny. It'd need to be pretty beefy. Plus it's more of the luxury segment, anyway. Six speed auto is feasable, however.

if you're gonna get the VQ, then get the G35... If you go with the M, then go for the gold and grab the V8 :wiggle:

yes, but the aftermarket support is mostly geared for the g35 and 350z. The m35 is a different beast. You'd probably have to modify things to get them to work...

you lose so much money once you drive that lex or inifiti off the lot.

what i'm saying is that the seller is losing WAY out. the one that benfits is the buyer who is going to be buying a less-than-a-year old lex or infiniti.

i know that cars themselves are very poor investments and you lose money right away; but i've seen less-than-a-year old lexs and infinitis going for like $6K+ cheaper than a brand new one.

that's actually not too much depreciation... Show me another $50k mass-produced non-limited-edition car that holds value better?
