    My goal is to loose like 45 pounds and gain a six-pack :naughty:

    I'll post what I eat each day, but I won't post what excersises I did since I have to get my basement cleaned out before I buy anything.

    Today (May 4th/2005) my weight is 235 lbs, trying to get around 190.

    I'll post my weight every week also :)

    Breakfast ~ 3 eggs and sme ham

    Lunch ~ water :hsugh:

    Dinner ~ 2 Chicken Breasts and water

    Breakfast ~ Coffee and choclate danish (girlfriend brought it over so I wasn't about to say no :hs: )

    Lunch ~ Water, Orange, Bananna

    Dinner ~ 2 chicken breasts, water

    Breakfast ~ Oatmeal

    Lunch ~ Beef and veggie stir fry

    Dinner ~ Chicken breast w/ baked potatoe, salad and some apple pie ( :hsd: )

    Breakfast ~ none (sleeping)

    Lunch ~ none (still sleeping)

    Dinner ~ 8oz steak, baked potatoe and diet coke

    You need to eat 6 small meals a day if you want to lose weight. Eating throughout the day speeds up your matabolism and helps burn fat. Breakfast is VITAL. And no more danishes.

    see this is the only thing that pisses me off about F&N is that everybody gives different answers about everything :hsd:

    I asked this quesion a while ago and they said eating a bunch of small meals wont do shit to your metabolism :hs:

    Lunch ~ 2x Bananna, Apple, Water ( :hs: )

    Dinner ~ 2 Chicken Breasts w/ Cheese Tortelini and water

    Lunch ~ TV Dinner :hsugh:

    Dinner ~ Water, Water, Water, Corn on the cob, and more water :(

    oh shit this is soo fuckin hard to stick with :mad:

    I haven't been eating the best food lately, since I just finished exams and all that crap so I haven't had lots of time...

    I'd doing lots more cardio though, lots of walking. I need to go buy some dumbells...

    According to the scale, I'm 226 lbs. I've lost some weight, not noticable though :hsd:
