Trying to bulk, I know to get the right things to eat and such, but I'm not to good with reading labels and comparing nutritional facts...

Any suggestions for a bulking diet that won't cost a ton?

having a MRP shake is good first thing in the morning, it takes care of a big chunk of your protein intake

1 or 2 scoops of chocolate whey powder
    some milk
    1 cup of dry oats
and then add in whatever... banana, some peanut butter, frozen berries etc

it's really good and it's like 1000 cals, 80-100 grams of protein and not that much fat.

not sure how healthy it is but Banquet frozen dinners are $1 each and generally have 350-450 cals.

    10 bucks=4000 cals

I get these bags of peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, & m&ms down at the convenience store next to my office for $2. 5 servings and 185 calories a serving a bag :eek3: You can get them without the M&Ms too.
