    :ugh: dude half of these bands are not indie at all.

    if you like gy!be, try some more post-rock

    then again, you like most of the bands i like so i don't know what else to suggest

    ps. instead of wasting time downloading songs of these bands from peer to peer networks or buying the cd's, check out http://www.epitonic.com they have really good descriptions and mp3s for a lot of bands, plus links to similar artists. www.mp3.com is good for info too.

    My Bloody Valentine - Loveless was way ahead of its time... beautiful music. Created a new way to listen (without vocals being the front/dominant voice)

    try out the marble index, "not so bright" is a very good song.
    ive heard alot of good stuff about the bravery too, but havent downloaded anything yet
