Pioneer i think makes the nicest indash dvd unit you can buy

Bigger screen than most of the other companys and more features

    ....

    Thanks for the quick reply...
I took a look on Crutchfield, an they have a very nice Clarion in dash dvd/mp3/cd reciver, but the price tag is 1,999 USD.

I just want a 7" motorized screen than can display dvds, an act as a cd player.:) All for a good price...

Any other suggestions, model numbers, sites etc...would be much help..Thanks

i would never buy anything from crutchfield. you dont save any money from them. your better off going to your local store or car stereo shop

I agree with DPoon but I wouldnt buy from a local shop I would find a good internet retailer you can find the Pioneer AVX-P7300DVD but it doesnt come with surround sound for around $1200 or so.

I could go video for just about $900, but thats with sperate units, an I dont like the concept of getting out of my car an going to the trunk to change cd/dvds etc...(have no room indash for sperate units)
So indash would be perfect. Surround sound...Hmmmm
As long as its playing through all my speakers an the subs are doing their part im happy.
Im looking for the cheapest alternative yet, is a good company.
I wouldn't buy a wal mart over a Panasonic just to save a few hundered. I just want the best for the cheapest price.
    Spending no more than $1200
