Increased & Easier Bowel Movements

    Ever since I started taking the following, I am finding it very easy to poop. Before, it would take me forever and I'd go once every other day.

    AMP
    NO XPLODE
    Fish Oil
    ADAM(some multi-vitamin)

    Is this typical? :hs:

    The only thing really working in favor of your poop is the amp and no-xplode. Amp boosts your metabolism which causes increased bowel movements and the chances of it building up and hardening is less likely. NO-Xplode made my ASS-Xplode when I took it, so that could be a contributing factor as well.
    Taking fishoil and a daily multi never really did anything for my bowel movements.

    get a Sesamin product

    I use SesaPure from the AF Store .. but I'm guessing any similar product will work equally well.

    I crap every day pretty much regardless of what I eat, except for fast food...


    And I always have to crap when I know I'm about to lift... for some reason my brain just tells me to go take a shit before any kind of strenuous work :o

    If my diet is in check I crap twice a day like clock-work.

    However, if I deviate for even a 2 or 3 days with fast food and eating out a lot, tons of carbs, etc... It will throw off my bowel movements for the next week :rolleyes:

    I crap every other day usually sometimes once a day depending on my diet. I take big shits though.

    I crap like 4 times a day.

    You can buy acidophilus and other probiotic suppliments that make you poop a LOT more by increasing the amount of bacteria in your gut. I took it because I have stomach and intestinal problems but it just made me poop like 12 times daily and that sucked.

    Since we're talking about bowel habits, I usually shit 3-4 times every day.

    They are big, awesome shits too. The kind that look like someone stacked TV remote controls in the toilet

    I'm on fish oil and Adam's, and i'm as regular as all hell. It's great.

    I also drink black coffee, and that helps too.

    But yeah, easy crapping FTMFW!

    For some reason, I can not shit early in the morning for the life of me. I know I need to, but my body will simply not let me do it. As soon as I get home from work, I can sit on the pot and let it rip.
