    What do you think?

I used to do Flat bb first.. now I'm doing Incline first. Though it makes me feel like a bitch once I get to flat, I feel like it works more of my chest and serves a better purpose for growth..

    Who else does the same?

    same, i switch it up.
I think its more mental than anything. When i get to the flat bench I probably tend to push myself harder than before because my energy is expended and I feel like a bitch.

I don't know.. I flat benched regularly for a long time without ever doing incline. My incline is pretty weak though I guess..significantly weaker than my flat bench. 225 sometimes feels heavy on incline :ugh:

Inclines first for sure, I know I get better growth from inclines. Incline/pullup combo is my personal fav.

Flats are for show... so who cares.

I like doing incline, it's a greater range of motion and puts a lot of stress on the pressing muscles. I think it should be included with flat bench, certainly not as a replacement though.

IMO incline is harder on the shoulders/pec tie ins, so I have to be more careful with it than a heavy flat.

I don't know why anyone would marry just one of them when they're both available, and both excellent pressing exercises.

BTW, I also do a lot of overhead work. I like 'em all.

Roast my chest on inclines first, then to flat.

I do whatever I need to focus on first. If I think my lower chest is starting to suck, I'll do flat first. Likewise for incline.

Actually I do this with every muscle group. Betta recognize.

Pretty much anybody I know with a giant ass chest agrees that incline pressing is a better mass building movement for the chest.
