    I don't do flat anymore.

Start out with decline bb and then either do incline smith or incline db.

I've also heard it's a good idea to do flys before flat bench to get your chest pumping. Most people fail with their triceps on flatbench instead of their chest.

I havent tried this yet but it makes sense to me. :dunno:

    1 week flat
    1 week incline

Don't do decline and most people who do decline bench are not doing it right and just showing off how much weight they can bench

Flat bb doesn't build my chest, so the only reason I do it is just to bench, not for any bodybuilding purpose.

Also, I think most people training for aesthetics should be doing incline movements before any flat movement - upper chest seems to be a pretty common lagging bodypart. Just my opinion though

i only do flat and incline, but on separate days. I can't do incline to my full potential after an intense flat chest workout.

I can't do dips worth shit. I can bust out a few reps at the beginning of a workout but at the end, maybe like 3-4 tops.

Right now I'm doing flat BB, incline db, decline smith, and finish with cables. Too much? I keep the decline and cables light with high reps though.

I havent done decline in a year maybe, except for the odd occasion doing it with hammer strength machines. I always felt dips worked a similar movement pattern, and did it better.

I usually do all three every time I do chest. It can't hurt, right? Not unless I get hurt anyway ...

I don't do decline, and going heavy on incline BB fucks with my shoulders at the moment so I tend to do high rep DB presses instead

of course i'm not training with chest development as the #1 priority so after my heavy bench work I usually throw some kind of chest isolation shit in

I've cutout flat bench completely. Incline, FTW!

I do hit it with some flyes to completely rip the pecs to shreds.

I've had terrible rotor cuff injuries from years of heavy flat benching. Ever since I switched up to incline, no clicking or pain in my shoulders.
