In Your Opinon, whats the best way to lose weight?

    Without looking at dieting, what do yall think is the best way to lose weight (as in exercises). Such as cardio based (running, elliptical, bike), resistance training, weight lifting (light weight, high rep), weight lifting (heavy weight, low rep), etc.

    For me, I think someone in middle weights is best (aroudn 8-12 reps) because you are building muscle, boosting your metabloism, and working on everything on your body. Plus you always feel better after lifting (i dont get the same feeling after I ran).

    ive been doing 3 weight days of 3x15 exercises and 2 cardio days.

    along with a high protien low fat & low carb diet, ive lost 30 lbs in 2 months :o

    Diet won't work on its own, nor will exercise. Gotta do a little bit of both and a lot of both if you want to see quick results. No "diet" necessary, just watching what you eat and making sure you're eating lots of protein and vegetables.
