no keep that negative/jinx/bad luck shit out of here
strained hip flexor
fucked my back up a few times, nothing serious though. just pretty painful/tender and had to lay off deadlifts for awhile
dropped a 35er on my toe one time, that hurt a little but wasn't too bad
Caught my pinky inbetween 2 45's, it broke the nail
45 to the big toe...crushed it...
Nothing serious, having a hard time sitting down after a good squat session
when I first started working out my only pair of shoes were absolute shit. One day they just fell apart, so that day I wore flip flops to the gym and dropped a 45lb plate on my foot. Will never wear flip flops again. Surpassingly my foot didn't break. Just badly bruised and hurt for a long time.
i fucked my back up a couple times from improper form
75lb dumbbell onto my workout log notebook, crushed my ink pen, ruined half the book
rotator cuff tendinitis was the worst thing I ever experienced that was gym related
Separated about 60% of my labrum from my scapula, with random tears all over the place on it. Supraspinatus tendon had a 70% tear, along with lesions along the muscle itself. If you haven't tried in a couple months do not go into the gym and see how much your max snatch is...
bent my cock once
ECU = extensor carpi ulnaris??
When I first started to DL I had probably the worst form possible. I don't know how many muscles I pulled my first time. I went to the doctor just to make sure I didn't fuck anything up, thankfully I was fine.
yessir. i think it was about a year ago.. i can't remember. hurt like a bitch, though.
was picking up a db to do overhead presses and let my wrist go limp ( ) instead of keeping it stiff...that's all she wrote.
Fuck this shit it makes me paranoid
no kidding. it's only a matter of time til you get your injury!
partially torn ligament
omfg fucking owned
Big crack in my ulna trying to bench 700. Countless strains, partial tears, etc. Smashed my hand in the rack with 545. This was before I was going to the IPA's to get the amateur division WR back in 2005. I had to superglue my hand together to keep it from leaking. Good times.
Still though, the fracture was the worst. I was driving home in 20 degree weather at 55mph with my arm out the window trying to make the throbbing go away.
