    i've always just pan fried in oil or baked. seasoned with seasoning salt, chili powder and pepper. what do you guys do? (trying to add some variety to my life and need new ideas)

    persian grilled chicken recipe..i recommend throwing it on the grill for better flavor though.

    * 1lb boneless, skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
    * 1/2 cup olive oil, plus 1 tablespoon warm water
    * 1 large yellow onion, grated
    * saffron (about 10 strands)
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 teaspoon pepper
    * 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

    Preparation:
    Rinse chicken with cold water and dry. Cut into 1 inch chunks. Mix together remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Soak chicken breast pieces in marinade for 24 hours prior to cooking in the refrigerator.

    Preheat grill to medium high or oven to 350 degrees (F). Place chicken cubes on skewers and cook until chicken reaches at least 165(F), about 15-20 minutes on the grill or 20-30 minutes in the oven.

    I have a chicken rub that I use.........it has salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, shit like that. i lightly douse it in it, and then grill it and use mustard over a salad when i diet.

    i just douse it with sriacha/bbq sauce.

    sometimes the chicken tastes really gamey and i gag half way.

    1.) marinate in teriyaki or bbq sauce for 45mins-hour

    2.) grill

    3.) eat

    i always make a couple pounds worth then just leave it in the fridge to nuke up whenever i need somethin quick.
