    I figure its monday and I just posted a thread about my whoppers last night for refeed sunday............so I will do my diet from m-f or something in here, if anything for my own good if nobody gives a shit.

    Day 1 3/10/08

    9:00am - 2 cups oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries/2 slices nectarine mixed in.
    8 egg whites
    1 Scoop BSN Syntha-6

    11:00 - Myoplex RTD

    1:00 - 1 Whole chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup broccoli

    1:45 - Pre workout - 1 scoop Green Mag

    3:15 - Post workout - 2 grilled chicken breasts, 1 cup brown rice, mixed greens w/ balsamic.

    4:00 - Syntha 6 1 scoop

    6:00pm - Salmon Filet, bowl of romaine lettuce + some onions in balsamic vinegar, 1/2 a rice cake.

    8:15pm - 10 Almonds, 1 chicken breast, 1 pickle, 1 mozzarella stick.

    10:00pm - 2 cups cottage cheese, 1 scoop Casein + natty pb.

    P.S. who the fuck edited my thread title? save that shit for main OT. trying to make a serious thread because I get about 5 pm's per day about my diet and training to help people out, and this is how I get re-paid. Awesome.

    Yeah I try to get one 3x/week, usually just go to wegmans/kings/boston market and pick one up and pound it.

    i was like 190 in that pic, im like 205 right now, honestly look just as lean, ill prob cut down for summer and be ~198.

    And I like whole chickens because its tastier than chicken breasts (what i eat the other 4 days of the week, im so sick of them :hs:)

    i never have the time or will to marinate them to be yummy. i take them out of package, foreman grill, and swallow.

    just got home, took green mag pre workout, about to SLAM 2 chicken breasts with some mixed greens, and a cup of brown rice. so this will be meal 4. syntha 6 prob 30-45 minutes after the meal.

    what flavor syntha 6 you use for your oatmeal? i do the same with chocolate, but probably ~1/3 scoop. shit tastes good.

    Updated yesterdays diet toward the end of the day. Today started out like this, didnt get as much protein/carbs this morning, was in a big rush :( got a new cell phone and the alarm didnt work as i had thought.

    Day 2

    9:00am wake up - Myoplex RTD

    11:45 - Whole wheat wrap, 2 chicken breasts, some sliced cheddar cheese, onions, green peppers, proceed to om nom nom.

    1:00pm - BSN Syntha 6. pre-workout. (note to self: looks like im going to have to make up for the mediocre morning diet-wise post workout w/some extra carbs/protein)
