In the worst shape of my life!

    Time to do somthing about it.

    I am now 6'3" 265#

    One year ago at my wedding I was about 230# & feeling pretty good.

    I had some stomach problems that I have finally figured out & have decided to do somthing about being a disgusting fat body.

    Went to the gym for the first time in almost a year tonight.

    Could barely finish benching 135# for 4 sets of 10 :wtc:
    Then incline dumbells 40# for 4 sets of 10 :wtc:
    Finished off with some flys & realized I should just burry myself now :hs:
    Came home & did some HIIT & almost made the burry me comment come true :wtc:

    Well anyway, nothing but Chicken & veggies for a while & see if I can get my ass back in shape.

    Looking to be back at 230# by Septembet 1st & back to benching 225 for 4 sets of 10.

    Gonna be a long ass road.

    Guss it is time to start postin in F&N for motivation :sadwavey:

    posting on f&n shouldn't be motivation, looking at your fat ass in a mirror should be motivation enough.

    continue down that road and you'll soon end up an over weight 40 yr old with diabetees getting limbs hacked off.

    Like I said..posting in F&N for motiviation!^^^^^^^^^

    I have never been buff, but I have always been in the gym & really do enjoy it.

    I had someserious problems with my stomach & 3 docs I went to frbid me from any strenuous activity. No wieght lifting at all. I am not one for much cardio so I just quit going & started eating crap. Well a year of feeling like shit & gaining 30+ pounds is enough. They still really have not come to conslusion about what is wrong, but I feel 10x worse than when not working out, so fuck em I am back in the gym

    not looking for sympathy...really the comments left so far are what I expected.

    Let me just tell you all this. when you leave the Gym for any period of time it is easy to let it snoball & get in a rut of bad nutrition & laziness

    I am going to have the wife take pics tonight so I can compare them to where I will be in 2 months.

    best ever was 355 for 3

    that was about 2 years ago before the stomach thing started up.

    I was going for the 405# club when it hit me. I am not a strong bencher by nature (long arms, weak chest)

    That has again become my eventual goal, but it is going to take a while.

    I just want to start deadlifting & squating again. Somthing that seems to be a lost art form in my Gym

    I am a fat sack of shit right now. I need to get in to decent shape first.

    posting in here throughout the day will just hel me stay focused. It is hard to go grab a shitty shack when you are reading about brollys getting it done all day


    Just have to get in the mindset again.
