    Sup guys, i'll be getting a computer for christmas and one for my sis. I store alot of videos and bur dvds from time to time. I know you can get better deals online so i was hoping you guys can point me into the right direction.

    Dell Dimension E520. Wait for a post-Christmas special and save a few bucks on a desktop....or....

    Spend a bit more now for a helluva laptop deal:

    It's a laptop at sub-desktop prices. Tough to beat.

    i would probably go with dell. you can get a c2d for cheap and then swap out the video card and such
