Anyone else have problems sleeping when they get leaner...I'm not a naturally lean guy, once I get below 10% bf or so I wake up usually 2-4 times a night to pee whatever. I remember when I was really leaning out I would wake up on almost an hourly or bi-hourly basis. But I also noticed I needed less sleep the leaner I was. Now that I'm not cutting I sleep a little better but I can't get 8 hrs of uninterrupted sleep unless I'm BEAR status. Once I get to about 15-16% I'm cool but single digits bodyfat my sleep sucks. Any thoughts/tips/ or tricks?
