    Half and Half is god in ON chocolate protein powder. 40 calories per tablespoon, add aboot 4 tablespoons. Great for bulking, I put it in Oatmeal too.

    I have some Periodic Limb Movement Disorder , so I sleep like 2hrs and I wanna wake up it sucks for sleeping
