improving deadlifts and squats

    i recently got interested in DL's and squats, i think DLs are my new favorite exercise. but im curious to know if there are any other exercises that can help me with my squats and deadlifts? ive been doing declined and seated leg presses for awhile but how about machines/dbs that can help me with DLs ?


    *anyone have clips that can elaborate more on squats and DLs?*

    When you are first beginning them, the thing that will improve your deadlifts and squats the most is actually doing them. I would focus on them for now and then work your way into the accessory work such as glute ham raises, good mornings, pullthroughs, etc

    Good mornings, SLDL's, RDL's, box squats, GHR's, reverse hypers, pullthroughs

    can you help me explain how/what these exercises are? im also trying to follow christophers guidelines in this thread here as well: http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1574598

    and i seen the goodmornings in there as well (i remember asking in another thread what the exercises were in christophers thread, but i forgot where it is now:noes: )
