Doing a 3 day routine now, basically a slimmed down version of Pur's routine. Mainly because my body responds better to low volume with more rest. Now I started on Sun-Tuesday-Thurs because I work at a Liquor store Mon-Wed-Fri-Saturday. I usually only lift about 500 pounds in a 5 hour work day, but I wanted to keep my gym time and work seperate days. Now if I'm taking one day breaks, then the first day of the next week falls on a saturday, which would mean Mon and Wed would be gym AND work days. Would I be better off taking both Fri and Sat off and starting on sunday again?
