So I'm working on a clients computer, and it's acting a little strange. She bought a brand new iMac from CompUSA (with Tiger), so she got Leopard and asked me to install it for her. The computer was still on the box, so I turned it on, installed Leopard, and when it restarted, it comes to the Apple logo with the spinning wheel, and it sits there. I can't figure out what could be wrong. It's not too big of a deal because I could just do a clean install instead of upgrade, but that takes more time. Anyone have a quick fix?

it's probably worth it to just do a clean install. better than any band-aid solution.

do a clean install. Sounds like it might be the BSOD that was reported when Leopard first came out. Clean install will fix those problems.

Performing clean install now. Then back to migrating... again. Oh well.
