I just started benching properly... and my shoulder is feeling 100 times better. What I don't understand is why the hell no one told me that I was benching wrong (i.e with my elbows out?) I think I could have prevented a lot of injuries if someone had told me before. The only problem I have now is that i'm having difficulty with 115 lbs. I guess my triceps are complete garbage. Oh and by the way, I see everyone at my gym benching elbows out. Maybe that's why no one has informed me -- everyone's form sucks asshole. Comments?
