    Does a hi-cap (30 round) mag on an SKS violate 922(r)? No other alterations.

    Chicom or Ruskie if they were around before the 922r should be ok, a Yugo? Might have to trade one evil feature for another(remove bayo)

    If you ever use it in justifiable self defense, I can't imagine any prosecutor drawing an accusation. If it's in component parts during transport, I don't see a violation.
