I'm thinking of joining the rowing team at University. It's and endurance sport, lots of aerobic activity and upper body activity. Currently, I'm in a bulking routine, 3000+ calories a day lifting heavy, 4 days a week. Anyways, my question... will this sport hinder my growth, or even worst, burn muscle tissue ? We will be practicing three times a week. I can perhaps ROW inbetween my TRAINING days. What do you guys think? Row or no Row? Muscle growth is my number one priority. Rowing is just fun, and waking up 5:30 in the morning is good dicipline. Thanks for your opinions.
