and cant get any lower. its been about 2-3 weeks. i'm on week 2 of an ec stack as well, and that hasnt seemed to do anything. do i need to limit carbs to like 20g a day or something? i lift and do cardio 4-5 days a week. advice would be appreciated. edit - the only time i eat a significant amout of carbs is in the morning in a shake; the rest of the day, its mostly chicken, veggies, etc. at the most i get 10g carbs during later meals, but probably 20-30g in the morning.
