I'm starting to skip the leg press machines on leg days...

    i swear im going to take a shit on it one day. i used to do them right after my squats, but im doing more weight in squats now that i dont feel the need to use the leg press. what do you bromigos think?

    i enjoy alternating every week or two weeks with either leg press or squats being my main heavy movement


    but to answer your question: shit before lift, and still do leg press a few times a month

    depends on how my low back feels...leg press makes dropsets easier, or partial reps when your balance is already shot from skwats

    i leg press after squats for a burn out.
    Try mixing up position of feet...wide & narrow

    what do you bros do for legs? ive gotten to the point where i feel anything other than squats, RDLs, and lunges are worthless.

    I do them to warm up. Or I'll do them for a cool down to see just how wrecked my legs got from squats

    Why not a squat/DL combo. That takes the need for me to leg press most days.
