:wtc: My fucken arm/elbo. I just got on the scale this morning and I'm at 182lb. I was 191lb two weeks ago but that's when I hurt my self deadlifting. I'm still at the same bodyfat % for the last two weeks just losing muscle. I can't do anything upper body because yesterday after my heavy leg day - deadlifts I did a few wide grip pulls ups to see if my arm could take it and this morning it hurting like a mother fucker. :wtc: :wtc: Should I stay away from the gym completely or just keep going for cardio :hsd: and legs???

Ha, that's nothing. I had appendicitis, then I hurt my wrist, then I got a cold, then I hurt my shoulder, and now I've pulled something in my bicep. :owned: I'm maintaining my weight, but I'm replacing muscle w/fat. :wtc: I feel like t total shit. I would stay off the arm completely, I've been trying to go back in and go light but I always leave in pain.

It's all part of the game, man. You'll gain it back fast when you finally do get back in.
