    ive been taking more whey each day and working a little more, but I dont have weights to lift. should I just find a cheap set to lift or what.

    those shoulders suck

    The bad part about this is most guys with your exact body type actually do think they have awesome bodies.

    eat and lift, four years ago i was 6'1 and 150lbs. Now im 6'4 and 205, i just used to eat a whole lot. The past year or more i have been exercising more seriously and eating more. btw i still can see my abs(just barely) and can count my ribs, theres just more muscle on top.

    how old are you? maybe in a few years your metabolism will slow down

    I have a slow metabolism already. I try to eat more each day I just cant all the time

    if you had a slow metabolism you would have trouble loosing weight, fast metabolism = skinny. You neither. You need good diet, eating food would be a start then move on to working on diet. Step 1. Eat food. Step 2. work on diet.

    these are an awesome set of before photos... like others have said... come back in 6 months and show us gains you have made

    you look young... i'm sure HS and college have gyms you can use for no cost

    lol im 20.

    I do eat, I eat healthy too. gets lots of fruits n vegges. about 80g protien a day (of whey) + probably about 15-20 in the rest of the diet. I just dont lift and I think thats the only problem... I wanted a bow flex before lol

    Go spend 500 and get a power rack, bench, and weight set. Start eating more and lift hard and watch the weight add on

    so you eat only 20gs of protien from other sources per day? That's like 1/2 a chicken breast or 3oz of beef. That is not healthy.

    Fruits and veggies are great but don't really count much for actual calories. At your age simply eating 200gs of protein would build muscle. Lifting with no calories will only cause you to lose muscle mass.
