weight 165, 6 feet tall. BF% of around 16-18%. im recovering from surgery and i can't lift, only fast paced walking/slow jogging. (pilonidal cyst surgery ftl ) after i recover id like to get back to lifting (liftted for around 6 months last summer) but in the case of being skinny fat should i bulk or cut? i hate having a fucking little pudge at the base of my abs and would like to get rid of that first then start real stregth gaining but maybe i should just start to lift heavy first. any advice from the OT experts?
