So I had been without a cell phone for about two weeks, and my mom was going to get me another, but i got impatient. So I went to cingulars website to get another one. I ordered a $200 phone and about a $60 plan a week ago. It said it would be here in two days but it never came so i tried to track the phone on the website, couldn't find it, then i went to my checking acount and no money had been taken from it, but i got a confirmation email from cingular about my order. (i tried to call cingular to complain but their help line is a bitch). Anyway, my mom comes in today and gives me a brand new phone one week after i ordered one, which doesn't look like it's coming, but i will probably have to pay for. So anything i can do about this? Can i still cancel my order, instead of waiting for the phone to come (if it does), or will i still have to pay the cancellation fee?
