There are tons of reviews about this bike. They basically say the same exact thing: Fun bike that handles like a dream, but could use more power. On top of that, it's from Italy. :o

Yes, it's only 50cc, so I *know* that OT won't approve. :o Oh well, I'm going to consider this bike. I'd like a fun/good looking bike that's super affordable.

Also, the bike only weighs 196lbs. :bigthumb:

In a straight line? Not all that fast. But that thing can handle like you wouldn't believe.

Way back before I knew shit about motorcycles I saw one, thought it was the most lame sport-bike I had ever seen. Now I think it'd be damn cool to have one. :bigthumb:

It's about $3,500 brand new, and a 1-2 year old RS50 goes for $2,000-$2,800. As for speed, I'm checking one out that has a 75cc kit installed. The top speed on that bike is 90mph, and it gets to 60mph in a fairly decent time.

Shit, for that price I may have to get one when I replace my F4 with a less tossable machine.

I really want to get a bike that's more touring oriented, like a CBR1200XX or a ZX1200. I've also thought about the ZX-12R and the Hayabusa. But I still want something lightweight and tossable.

...but I'll still be sticking to the F4 until I turn 25 because the insurance on any of the motorcycles I want will kick my ass until then.

    Exactly! :bigthumb:
Hardcore bikers share the same sentiment. It's supposed to be a very fun bike (every single magazine raves about it), but just lacking bite. It handles and brakes with ease. I also like that the bike is under 200lbs.

    It is legal here.

    The 250cc is not legal.

Both would make for great track bikes though.

    50cc is way too underpowered.

You'd be in 6th gear before you got through an intersection.

    Just get a Ninja 500R or a YZF 600 R

A 250cc two stroke would tear all a new ass at the track. You can get a decent amount of power out of them and they're so damn light it makes then untouchable.
