Ok, a recruiter in SA told me I'd have to take the ARMS test because I have a GED but then I read EVERYWHERE online and it says it's used for people who have exceeded weight or have too high body fat..

Why would they be telling me I need to take it for having a GED?

My recruiter here hasn't said a damn thing about that and I am FAR from being overweight...hell I'm borderline too skinny.

He meant the AIMS test...not ARMS.

Why would I have to take that for having a GED though?

It's required for all Army applicants that were either home schooled or GED graduates. It's more of a personality test and rather simple...it'll take you @ 15 minutes to complete it.

I took the ARMS test at meps i think, it was a while back.

From what I recall, you do some pushups and walk up/down a stepmaster thingy, thats it.

Everybody that was 11b/c there had to do it.
