im pumped for 2days workout v. maxes

    i have been lifting since the end of football season (december) and im going to the gym 2day to max again and try and get back to my maxes from b4 football, im aiming for 315 squat, 225/230 bench, 90kg clean, i lost about 20 lbs from before football season so im hoping that i can still do all this

    oh and right now i weigh 190 and am 6'0
