i'm pretty much done with my spring break cut *pics*

    So, i've been cutting for a little while now, I think i'm at a pretty solid point. I leave on the 21st to go to the Bahamas, so I'm going to slowly re-up my carb intake and do some heavy cardio up until then. That way, when I'm downing handles of vodka, I won't gain all the fat back.

    but just a regular relaxed pic would be more practical, since i doubt (read: hope) you're not going to be walking around the beach posing like that.

    hahaha yeah. relaxed the abs are still lookin good. you can count all of them still, but obviously they look much better flexed. i wish i had those thick, cut abs though. i don't know whether or not it's possible to achieve unless you're timberwolf lol, but maybe i'll get there one day.

    i read an article on T-Nation about leanness levels... i started a water loss pill yesterday, hopefully that'll lean me out even more over the course of this week.

    I wish I had a bigger chest. I mean, I don't think what I have now is bad, it's just kinda small.

    hmm... my weight. shit. I was 145 about two weeks ago, and I'm leaner now so I'd say maybe I'm at 143ish? I'm 5' 9".

    Never back down? I'm going with my girlfriend and a bunch of our friends. Gonna be a fun week.

    -Seated weighted crunch machine
    -normal situps every now and then
    -roman chair / leg lifts

    I usually do a weight that I can do 25 reps in a set with. But, every now and then I'll go heavy ass weight for about 10 reps just to try and tear em up.

    I've been starting to work my obliques a little bit, I neglected those when I started out.

    Just stepped on the scale with my shoes, sox, and a pair of shorts. I was 145.

    I'm no more than 143 lbs.

    Yeah, they aren't that great. Only thing I currently like about my legs are my calves (and my gf says I have a nice ass). I just started working my legs out about a month ago. They look fine in shorts down to the knee, but anything besides that and it's :rofl:
