im bulking and hungry
Why no whey?
I'm cutting, should i also avoid carbs before bed?
i dont want to cook really, i was thinking a few carbs and a shake, but you say whey is no good before bed?
i wouldnt eat carbs before bed if i was cutting, they just turn into fat while you sleep i think. i figure it cant hurt if im bulking.
whey absorbs too quickly... you want protein to steadily feed your body
you got some tuna laying around?
my last chicken = lunch for tomorrow so im out of luck

then why do they say that? i remember hearing it at some point.
ok, i just had some beef jerky
also a small bowl of fruity pebbles with a lot of milk.
but seriously a casin protien.... but all you have to do is mix whey with milk and it will release into your body slower
i have a protein shake with milk and a bowl of cereal...

i'm on psmf now so i have to drink hood's carb countdown, but otherwise, at maintenance, i do a 1cup fatfree milk : 1 scoop ON whey ratio
fuck casein protein powder, too expensive.
