i'm out of cottage cheese, what should i eat before bed?

    I'm cutting, should i also avoid carbs before bed?

    i dont want to cook really, i was thinking a few carbs and a shake, but you say whey is no good before bed?

    i wouldnt eat carbs before bed if i was cutting, they just turn into fat while you sleep i think. i figure it cant hurt if im bulking.

    also a small bowl of fruity pebbles :o with a lot of milk.

    but seriously a casin protien.... but all you have to do is mix whey with milk and it will release into your body slower

    dude i just got here and i like this guy

    this is fucking exactly what i do

    i'm on psmf now so i have to drink hood's carb countdown, but otherwise, at maintenance, i do a 1cup fatfree milk : 1 scoop ON whey ratio

    fuck casein protein powder, too expensive.
